You are welcome to attend this forum regardless of where you live or which hospital you attend, if you are willing to travel we will be happy to see you. You are welcome to bring your family and friends with you.
To attend - you are required to book to attend this forum as the venue has a maximum capacity which we cannot exceed, you can book by email: firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone: 07934 689 354, giving details of which MPN you have and the name(s) of your guest(s).
Complimentary refreshments with pastries/cakes will be served during the forum. Please note that we will not be providing lunch at this forum, you are required to make your own arrangements for lunch.
The programme will include talks from Dr Earnest Heartin, Glan Clywd Hospital, Dr Arvind Pillai, Countess of Chester Hospital and Dr Nauman Butt, The Clatterbridge Cancer Centre, Liverpool. The programme will also include breakout groups where patients, family and friends meet in smaller groups for each MPN, including a family/friends group, to discuss everyday challenges and swap tips.

There is a car park situated at the rear of the hotel, however, parking is on a ‘first come first served’ basis, there is also one disabled parking bay. Vaughan Street, which is adjacent to the hotel has 90 minutes restricted parking between 9 am and 5 pm, so be aware of this if you plan on parking there. Pay and display is in operation on the Promenade between 10 am and 4 pm, with no restriction overnight.
