You are welcome to attend this forum regardless of where you live or which hospital you attend, if you are willing to travel we will be happy to see you, the forum is free to attend.  You are welcome to bring your family and friends with you.  

Book to attend

You are required to book to attend this forum as the venue has a maximum capacity which we cannot exceed.   To book to attend please email and include details of which MPN you have and also the name(s) of your guests.

Complimentary refreshments with pastries/cakes will be served during the forum.  Please note that we will not be providing lunch at this forum, you are required to make your own arrangements for lunch.


The programme will include talks from Dr Fran Wadelin, Consultant Haematologist, Angela Thompson, Haematology Clinical Nurse Specialist, and Catherine Loughran, Pharmacist, all based at the Nottingham City Hospital, and guest speaker, Dr Mamta Garg, Consultant Haematologist at the Leicester Royal Infirmary; and a patient story and breakout groups for each MPN where patients can meet in smaller groups to discuss everyday challenges and swap tips and chat with other people who have the same MPN, there will also be a family and friends group, this gives your family and friends a chance to chat to others about how to help and support you and themselves.

Parking – is free for all attendees at the forum, parking tickets to be validated at the reception desk and exchanged for an exit ticket.
