Having a myeloproliferative neoplasm (MPN) can complicate daily life but there are many coping tips that may help to overcome some of these challenges.

People with every type of MPN, essential thrombocythaemia (ET), polycythaemia vera (PV) and myelofibrosis (MF) can face problems in daily life. Travelling, taming itchy skin, preparing for surgery and obtaining healthcare abroad are common challenges. Our tips on solving everyday problems were contributed by people with MPNs, nursing professionals and haematologists.
