You are welcome to attend this forum regardless of where you live or which hospital you attend, if you are willing to travel we will be happy to see you. You are welcome to bring your family and friends with you, refreshments will be served during the forum.
You are required to book to attend this forum as the venue has a maximum capacity which we cannot exceed, you can book by email: firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone: 07934 689 354, giving details of which MPN you have and the name(s) of your guest(s).
MPN Voice is a charity which relies on donations to support forums, research and patient support activities. We have decided to ask for a donation for attendees to put towards the running costs of a forum. A suggested donation would be £10, at present this would be payable on the day.
Programme - The programme will include talks from the haematology team at the Churchill Hospital, and MPN patients. The programme will also include breakout groups for each MPN where patients can meet in smaller groups to discuss everyday challenges and swap tips and chat with other people who have the same MPN, there will also be a family and friends group, this gives your family and friends a chance to chat to others about how to help and support you and themselves.
