You are welcome to attend this forum regardless of where you live in Ireland or the UK, if you are prepared to travel to attend then we will be more than happy to see you. You are very welcome to bring family and friends with you. There is no fee to attend, complimentary refreshments and a buffet lunch will be served during the day.
Programme – The programme will include talks from: Dr Clodagh Keohane, Mercy University Hospital, Cork; Dr Eibhlin Conneally, St James’ Hospital, Dublin; Professor Mary Frances McMullin, Queen’s University Hospital, Belfast; Prof Claire Harrison, Guy’s & St Thomas’ Hospital, London, Haematology Specialist Nurses, patient stories and breakout groups for each MPN where patients can meet in smaller groups to discuss everyday challenges and swap tips and chat with other people who have the same MPN, there will also be a family and friends group, this gives your family and friends a chance to chat to others about how to help and support you and themselves. Book to attend – You are required to book to attend this forum as we are restricted to numbers at the venue so do need to know who is attending. To book to attend please email firstname.lastname@example.org and include details of which MPN you have and also the name(s) of your guests and any special dietary requirements you or your guests have, i.e. gluten free, vegetarian.
Filming/video of forum – this forum will be filmed with an on-demand video of the full event (excluding breakout groups) available post-forum on the MPN Voice YouTube channel. The forum will not be live streamed.

The hotel has limited onsite parking, spaces are available on a ‘first come first served’ basis and cannot be reserved, the fee for non-residents is €2.50 per hour, over 4 hrs a set fee of €10. The nearest public car park is the St Finbarr’s Q-Park, Sharman Crawford St, The Lough, Cork, T12 WC78, with 344 spaces which can be pre-booked and is a short walk to the hotel.
