Do you have experience of hosting/facilitating webinars, preferably using the Zoom platform?
If so, we would love to hear from you.
We are looking for someone to assist us in delivering our webinars/online events we hold throughout the year, which inform and support the global MPN Voice community with topic specific webinars supported by national and international speakers.
The webinars attract a global audience, with an average of 150 attendees per webinar. Each webinar generally takes place between 4.30 and 6 pm on a Thursday, though days and times may vary.
We are looking for a volunteer to assist us, preferably with experience in hosting and managing all aspects of running webinars/online events, to include:
- Webinar control management
- Screen sharing
- Webinar Q&A
- In-webinar chat
- Webinar polls
- Post-webinar surveys
- Webinar recording
- Webinar analytics
- Scheduling webinars
- Managing registrations
- Managing and assisting webinar attendees and panellists
