You are welcome to attend this forum regardless of where you live or which hospital you attend, if you are willing to travel we will be happy to see you. You are welcome to bring your family and friends with you. There is no fee to attend this forum, a complimentary buffet lunch and refreshments will be served during the forum.
Programme – the programme is currently being arranged, it will include talks from the haematology teams at Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust; Guys & St Thomas’ NHS Trust London; York District Hospitals NHS Trust; Clinical Nurse Specialists, and MPN patients plus a Q&A session. The programme will also include breakout groups for each MPN where patients can meet in smaller groups to discuss everyday challenges and swap tips and chat with other people who have the same MPN, there will also be a family and friends’ group, this gives your family and friends a chance to chat to others about how to help and support you and themselves.

Parking – is available, subject to availability, at the Thackray Museum of Medicine pay and display car park, £2 per hour. Additional parking is also available at the St James’ Hospital car park and a small number of car parks on Beckett Street.
