This will be a hybrid event with the choice of attending in-person or watching a live stream, when completing the online registration form you will be able to indicate whether you prefer to attend the meeting in-person or watch online. This event does get booked up very quickly, you are advised to register as soon as possible. The online link will be sent nearer to the event for those registering for this option.
This meeting is free to attend, however, MPN Voice is a charity which relies on donations to support forums, research and patient support activities, and we kindly ask that you consider making a donation to cover some of the costs for the lunch and refreshments, which is approximately £10 per person, thank you. You can make a donation when registering, via our JustGiving page (please include a message with your donation to say it is for the Northern MPN Patient Day). You can also make a donation on the day at the event.
